The Netflix TV series Narcos was introduced in 2015, but even now many audiences are engaged in the content in 2020. The show is a dramatization of the life of Pablo Escobar and the Medellin cartel in Colombia. Through the various moments of violence in each season, you will fall in love with the story line and become quickly connected in. Whether it's the constant pursuit of the DEA and other police forces in the area after Escobar's team, or the opposite where your hoping for Escobar to do the impossible. With a bittersweet ending for both sides in the final season, there is a great build up to the conclusion of the series. When I watched this show, I never knew which direction the show was going to take me and what would happen to either the DEA agents or Escobar's team. Amongst the severe violence, there are moments of romance that show the softer side of Escobar, but that doesn't last long beyond the moments he has to protect the cartel and his family at all costs. I would highly recommend revisiting this series if you have not checked it out as it always leaves you with a cliffhanger. Although the show is not relatively old, as there is now a Narcos:Mexico, the original is much better and will give you better storyline into the new series.
